Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 3S Cabs. 3S Cabs offers this website/app, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site/downloading the app and/or booking our services online, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website/app. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website/app/app or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website/app. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. SECTION 1 – ONLINE WEBSITE/APP/STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for the reason ( such as cab un-availability, traffic delays, one-way pickup or drop, pending payment) at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website/app through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
The cab once arrived at the location for both pick up and drop will be at standby for 5 mins if not the cab will move. No claims against 3S Cabs if any delays due to traffic/barricades/vehicle break down etc.
SECTION 3 – PROMOTIONAL/REGULAR OFFER
Any discounted price/promotional rate for subscription plan, which will be offered to the customer/client via phone or an email is valid for only 48 hrs. If the package will not confirmed within 48 hrs, subscription plan will be given at regular price/rate.
To confirm the registration, make an advance payment of total amount. The renewal of the package will be calculated as per as the working days i.e after 22, 24 days every month from the date of subscription.
3S Cabs vouchers (one time discount) can only be used in 3Scabs services. Also can only be redeemed while they are valid.
Monthly packages are available on a Promotional price as well for limited period. 3-months minimum term agreement required and valid for new Commuters only. After promo, if the service is cancelled, regular rates apply. Early termination fee of INR 1499 (+5%GST) applies if the subscription (Commuter, weekly & Monthly) are cancelled during the agreement term.
Promotional offer includes Home pick & drop on a sharing basis cab for 22/24/26 working days for all shifts 24/7.
Additional services charges may apply. The agreement term are subject to change during and after the promo.

Occupancy condition & rate:
INR 5/km per person: Applicable on Min 3 pax with minimum distance limit 15 km. Also, pickup & drop location along with reporting & log off time would be the same.
INR 4/km per person: Applicable on Min 4 pax with minimum distance limit 15 km. Also, pickup & drop location along with reporting & log off time would be the same. 10 Km dry run would also be considered in both the above cases as the vehicle would be coming to you from a certain place without carrying anyother passengers.
Trial: If customers wants to take a trial for few days both to and fro for each day will charged at 1000 Rs per day for Gurgaon Trip and Rs 600 per day for Delhi Trip and Rs 400 per day for Noida trip which would be later on adjusted to the monthly fare.
REFER AND EARN: You can refer your friend or Colleague and earn vouchers of worth up-to INR 1000 into your next month payment cycle. Applicable on promotional offers only and referral should complete min 3 months of terms & agreement.
SECTION 4 – RENEWALS & LATE FEE:
The renewals will happen on 1st of every month. Due date would be on 5th of Every month. User has to ensure that, he/she renew the monthly package before the due date expires, if not, INR 200 will be applicable as subscription late fee which will be added into current billing cycle.
ACCURACY 5 – SECTION COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.
SECTION 6 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our online services are subject to change depending on fuel prices, toll/tax, etc. In case of any changes in pricing we will inform our monthly subscribed customers 1 week before any such changes in pricing take effect. For new customers, revised pricing will be used as default in such cases.
SECTION 7 – SERVICES (if applicable)
Our services may be available exclusively online through the website/app. These online services may have limited availability and are subject to refund only according to our Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the price list of our cab service that appear on the website/app. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to provide our cab service to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of online cab pricing/km are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue of our service at anytime.
SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to cancel any booking you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the availability of cabs/services per person, per household or per booking. These restrictions may include booking placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or booking that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel booking, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the booking was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit bookings that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by vendors, travel agents or agencies.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate booking and account information for all online booking made on our website/app. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website/app (including, the release of new tools/application and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party website/apps that are not affiliated with us. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall 3S Cabs Route, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 3S Cabs and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SECTION 17 – SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 18 – TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Jurisdiction of Delhi NCR.
